1. Can I have a sample order?
Yes. Welcome to order samples to check and test the quality.

2. We want to custom with our logo/design, which format of files is better?
AI, EPS, CDR, PNG, JPG or PDF files are okay. Also, your sketch is accepted. We will make your idea to be true products.

3.Do I need to pay mould charge again when we reorder?
No. We will keep your moulds for 5 years. You do not need to re-pay the mould charge for re-orders in 5 years.

4. What about the lead time?
Sampling time is 7 - 10 days. Mass production takes 14-20 days, depending on the design and quantity.

5.Do you accept urgent orders?
Yes, we do. Please let us know the dates you need to get orders in hands. We will arrange rush orders to meet your dates.

Yes, We offer 100% quality guarantee. Free replacement if any short or defected ones after receiving goods in 30 days.
